mint &lpar;chopped&rpar;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Water as required<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<h1 class&equals;"wp-block-heading"><strong>Preparation<&sol;strong><&sol;h1>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<ol class&equals;"wp-block-list">&NewLine;<li>Boil the soya chunks&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Once cooled&comma; squeeze the water&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Beat the curd along with turmeric&comma; red chili&comma; and salt&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Put the soya chunks in curd and keep them in the refrigerator for 40 minutes&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Soak the basmati rice for 30 mins&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>After 30 minutes&comma; take a pressure cooker and heat 2 tbsp ghee&comma; and saute spices&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Add in 1 onion&lpar;cubed&rpar; and saute&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Add &half; tsp ginger garlic paste&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Add the marinated soya to the cooker and mix them&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Now add soaked basmati rice&period; Remember to spread evenly over marinated soya&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Sprinkle salt to taste&comma; Layer the rice with fried onions&comma; chopped mint leaves&comma; and coriander&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Add water as required and cover the pressure cooker for 2 whistles on medium flame&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Open the pressure cooker once there is no more pressure&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Serve the biryani hot with salad or raita&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ol>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Optional Steps&colon;
